10 Creative Ways to Boost Your Morning Routine ☀️

    1. Watch the sunrise.

    Magical time to sit and meditate or reflect

    2. Get up early and watch the world wake around you

    It can be a city street, a stream bank, or the middle of a desert.

    3. Ditch the alarm clock

    Get in touch with your circadian rhythm and wake when your body is ready.

    4. When you wake up , get up.

    No rolling over or hitting the snooze bar.

    5. Schedule your email for late morning.

    Emails can be a trap and a distraction. Get your day in gear and gain momentum before email slows you down.

    6. Sit down and eat breakfast.

    “Most important meal of the day” is a marketing slogan but it states some truths. Sitting down and eating allows you time to plan, connect either others, fuel up, and stabilize your glucose before meeting the day.

    7. Identify when you have the most energy.

    For many people, that is the first 2-4 hours after waking. If that is you, schedule your most mentally taxing or creative endeavors for that time slot.

    8. Involve others.

    Meeting for coffee. Sunrise workout. Whatever it is, it is easier to commit to another person than to a solo routine.
