10 Digitally Interactive Ways For People To Use Their Voice / Story For Good
This the first of a three-part series I'll be doing. It's for an actual project.
One, several, or more of these ideas might be used, so, feel free to branch or add yours!
1. Define on camera what '____' means to them?
Insert any social justice cause in the ____. This, this could be branched into 10's or 100's of phrases, such as 'Be The Change', 'Black Lives Matter', 'Do Epic Sh*t', etc.
2. Tell us a story about when you helped someone in need.
3. Tell us a story about when someone helped you.
4. Capture a candid photo or video celebrating someone doing good.
5. Tell or show us how you limit waste, carbon emissions, or similar.
6. Tell us (anonymously if needed) about something that scares you.
7. Survey real people in common areas about problems they face.
Another branch or multiple branches here.
One example: You can stand near a subway and ask people, while keeping a tally, if they know anyone who struggles with mental wellness.
Then use the results & content to lower stigma & increase familiarity.
8. Have a digital challenge (for good).
So, instead of an 'ice-bucket challenge, which was fun, something that's similarly catchy and either spreads positivity, raises money, or both.
9. Create a digital connection board for people.
This could be to foster geographical / IRL connections, or remote.
Theme-based (i.e. 'people concerned about topic X).
10. Run a digital workshop
To educate people,.
