10 Guests or Types of Guests I’d Like to Interview for a Podcast About Improving Yourself Through Games and Competiton

Full disclosure, and you'll hear about this on the podcast: the world of games and gaming is not widely known as one of health and wellness and wellbeing.

People who find comfort in games often run from other painful aspects of their lives. Games are fun, they're good, they're positive in a lot of ways, but they can also be negative: a crutch, an escape, an addiction.

My idea is that there are people there who love games but don't love the idea of being a better version of themselves. Whether that's because they don't beleive in themselves, they don't know where to start, they think they're alone, or they feel change is impossible.

Games (and sports) were always there for me through good dtimes and bad. But, did I use them to cover up or delay my progress? Yes. Have I figured it all out? Not a chance. But, I want to shine a light on this topic. I think gamers can level up in every aspect of life, live longer, happier, find more quality (I mean it, quality, not convenient) relationships and enjoy games as long as they live.
