The idea is to do strength training exercises and stop at like 50% of your maximum (or 40%? can't remember). The concept comes from a guy called Pavel Tsatsouline. Apparently you can do it every day whenever you get a chance. I believe it's supposed to help with strength gains, but not hypertrophy (or just a little).
