5. 'Do not disturb' sign for others.
6. Only reply to emails at a scheduled time.
7. Phone away / off during deep work.
8. Plan top 1, 2, or 3 things to do the night before.
9. Weekly planning session.
10. Remember to schedule IN all personal things to do, so they don't feel like surprises or squeezes.
