10 low calorie drinks

    1. Water

    2. Black coffee: hot or iced

    3. Brewed Tea: hot or iced

    4. Flavored “sparking water”

    Bubbly and similar. These are good.

    5. Diet soda

    Avoid… except for Mountain Dew!

    6. Diet anything else with artificial sweeteners

    Avoid: including Gatorade and similar

    7. Vinegar in water

    A tablespoon of vinegar in a large glass of water is trendy. Tastes better than I thought. Supposed to be healthy

    8. Water with lemon and lime and a pinch of salt

    This is one of my go tos:refreshing and good for rehydration

    9. Mio drink mix

    This lets you super caffeinate water by squirting flavors. It is addicting and probably bad for you.

    10. Beef and chicken broth

    you can cut this with water. Another savory option.
