10 Movie Ideas Based on Random Searches
I just saw the Elvis movie. OMG. So good. I am so glad I asked my mom to make me a white jumpsuit for me in elementary school. I was Elvis for Halloween before it was cool.
1. Berners Street Hoax
Theodore Hook in 1809 London, England. Hook made a bet with his friend Samuel Beazley that he could tranform any house in London into the most talked about address in a week. He achieved it by sending out thousands of letters in the name of Mrs. Tottenham, who lived at 54 Berners Street. They were invitations and elivery letters. Soon the Street in front of the house became congested. Hook won his bet.
2. Bill Kennedy
An American NBA Referee. He ejected coaches from games for making gay slurs towards him. He came out later as gay. Good for him. I think it could be interesting.
3. Shirley MacLaine
Totally interesting. She was named after Shirley Temple. She's just awesome. She has lived a life of many thing things. Her brother is Warren Beatty.
4. George Toogood Smith
John Lennon's Maternal Uncle who raised him during his childhood. I think it would be an interesting perspective on John Lennon.
5. Mary Steenburgen
I always thought she was a good actress and so I scrolled to the bottom of the page even though I wasn't sure she would be that interesting. She had arm surgery and started hearing music playing in her head. She became a musician after the surgery! What??? I want to know this story!
6. Murasaki Shikibu
She was the author of The Tale of Genji considered to be one of the world's first novels. She wrote it in Japanese between 1000 and 1012. She ended up becoming an Empress' lady in waiting because of her writing.
7. Copacabana, Bolivia
This one might be a stretch but.. There is more than one Copacababa. The one in the Barry Manilow song Copacabana is in Brazil. I think it would be an interesting documentary or series of documentaries to go to places with the same name as famous songs or books and interview the people who live there and see how they feel to live someplace that is not the actual place. I kept reading to see when I would read about the song and it never came up. Do they have bitter feelings towards the song?
8. Daniel G. Reid
American Industrialist, financier and philanthropist. He owned some big companies but I think the better story is about the 3 story stable he built for his horses, vehicles and a bowling alley on 5th avenue in NYC. I wonder why he invested this much into his horses and vehicle and not instead into a more ridiculous home. I think it would be a great story.
9. Nat Perrin
He impressed Groucho Marx when he made it into his dressing room with a forged letter of introduction by someone he knew. Grouch was so impressed he arranged for him to be hired by Metro Goldwyn Mayer in the 1940s. He was a screenwriter, producer, and director.
10. Bug Cartoon
I know there have been Bug Cartoon Movies but really.. there are soo many cool bugs out there. There should be a cartoon about these other bugs that are really crazy looking. I don't know what it is about the people that study bugs but man are they all over wikipedia.
