10 Small Simple Steps (S3) This Weekend

1. Do something for your brain
Blueberry, Avacodas, or Dark chocolate :)
2. 5 min Meditation
You just need to be there for 5 min.
3. 15 min Journaling - 5Q
What will you do more of? What will you do less of? What will you stop doing? What will you start doing? and what will you continue doing? :)
4. Write the Structure of your book
That is what I am doing :)
5. Call her or text him
Do not think too much. Just do it.
6. 5 pushups
If doing 50 will get you not to exercise, just do 5 and call it a day ;)
7. Write a Hello World
If building an app scares you, just start by compiling and printing a "Hello World." Or create an Upwork account and ask for a proposal to build a mock.
8. Herb tea & sleep early
9. Read for 30 min while sipping off your morning coffee
10. Write 10 ideas and publish
If 10 scares you, look around you. Do you see a bagel? List 3 ways the bagel shape should evolve :)
