1. Listen to good music you are in the mood for from the time you wake up
2. Read a good book every morning and keep it handy so you keep the flow
3. Have a chat with a good friend
4. Eat something you've been craving for a while (not too much of it)
5. Go and exercise a little or a lot
6. Block them on social media and delete their phone numbers
7. Exit as many WhatsApp groups as you can every single day
8. Play with your children (or some relatives children you are close to but don't be a creep)
