    1. momemtum is everything

    2. Get 3/4 of your water in before 1 pm

    3. You are capable of more than you think

    4. Walking on day 1 can lead to a triathlon on day 75

    5. Progress pictures are key

    6. It is better to do with a group of committed people

    7. only 1% of people will actually complete it

    8. The strict diet rules should allow for special occasion exceptions ie birthday, anniversary Christmas thanksgiving etc. There would be more compliance

    9. Audio books should count

    10. There should be a way to save the streak if you screw up. IE. If you only workout 1 for 45 minutes 1 day, you should be able to make up that 45 minutes the next day with 2 workouts of 90 minutes.
