10 Things About my Brain I’m Grateful For🧠
Happy #Thanksgiving! :)

1. That it’s a great bullshit detector and doubts everything…
… otherwise, I’d fall for any newsy thing and waste a lot of time chasing rabbits.
2. That it’s lazy, always tries to optimize and find shortcuts and the easy ways…
… otherwise, I’d get exhausted each day before getting anything important done.
3. That it only keeps me motivated for the important stuff…
… otherwise, I’d never know how to prioritize my time.
4. That it’s easily shaped by my environment…
… otherwise, I’d always have to spend a lot more time choosing the best course of action for the smallest things VS going for the defaults I design for.
5. That it makes me clumsy at times…
… optimizing my focus and energy for the important stuff that’s more important than a few spilled cups of coffee.
6. That it’s always scanning my world for potential opportunities…
…instead of being like a horse with blinders missing out on great ideas, connections and more effective ways to accomplish things.
7. That it gives me bad feelings when something is off before it gets worse…
… otherwise, I’d be happy but falling apart health, relationships or business-wise.
8. That it makes me stressed and anxious at times…
… to get my priorities right, solve problems and prepare better for the changes in my life.
9. That it makes me lazy and skeptical when I’m running low on internal resources…
…otherwise, I’d be burning out more often, having to take longer breaks to recover, potentially damaging my long-term health and goals.
10. That it keeps questioning things in reality all the time…
… otherwise, I’d never read and research that much or get curious often.
There are many more things I’m blown away every day by! The brain is the most sophisticated piece of technology in the entire Universe! And it can fulfill all of our desires and build all of our dreams - we just need to understand it better and work with it not against it. Anything you can think of? Gratitude for the amazing brain that you have?
