2. Make sure Staff is Knowledgeable
3. Announce / post /signage everywhere.
4. Don’t make guests guess.
5. If you are an outdoor venue, have a clearly understood weather policy, in advance.
6. Have at least one staff devoted to social media and ONLY social media full time.
7. A bad experience gets WAY more press than a good one.
9. No matter what, some people will still be upset.
10. But it’s not about you. It’s about you providing for others enjoyment.
