1. Its not enough to have content, have a system for how to generate good content

2. Information is free, but how to take that info and make it valuable is where the money is

3. Time spent with family is not time wasted

4. You don't need to always be hustling

5. Meditation's benefits aren't apparent right away

You need to stick with it

6. Stretching is more important as you get older

7. Time spent exercising now means less money spent on health later

8. Diversify your investments

9. Too much coffee in the afternoon affects your sleep

10. Drink more water than you think is needed
