10 things that can be done in less than 5 minutes that will improve your life

1. Drink water when you're thirsty
2. Pet your dog
3. Take deep breaths through your nose
4. Take a whiff of something you find pleasant smelling
Coffee
Some sort of food
Flowers
5. Express gratitude for something
A good reminder of something positive in your life
6. Some sort of stretch
7. Some sort of brief exertion
Pushups or maybe jumping rope
8. Get fresh air outside
9. Do something creative
