10 things to avoid in 2023
1. Being inside all day
Get some sun. Don't get burned, but get 10-15 min minimum a day.
2. Sitting all day
If you work at a desk, get up often. Try and take longer walks in the morning and evening. Play a sport. Join a gym.
3. Social media
Unless you need it for work or your business. I'm talking about using it often. Getting notifications.
4. Sitting on your couch and watching TV/Netflix/Doom scrolling after work
Sometimes we need this. But, don't make this your default every night. Instead, maybe try and :
-hang out with family
-play a board game with family
-learn something new. Improve something.
-Build a side hustle.
5. Bad food/too much food
As I age, I notice how eating too much or eating poor food really affects me. It didn't at all when I was in my 20's.
6. Giving up
I haven't been that ambitious the last few years. Even if you don't plan on taking over the world, have some goals and go for it. It makes you a better person.
Despite #6, don't let ambition and money blind you from living life.

I haven't seen anything worth watching lately on the news.
10. Grinding too hard
Have your priorities in order. They will change over time. Quit things often. Grind through the tough times on things you are dying to do.
