10 things to do if you find yourself angry

    1. Walk away

    2. Take a deep breath

    3. Ask yourself what is it you want and what are you requesting

    4. Don't do anything rash

    5. Ask yourself if the person you were angry with suddenly passed away, would you want that on your conscience?

    6. Laugh

    7. Forgive

    8. Use funny words

    Tony Robbins likes to use words to disrupt his thinking patterns. For example, he likes to say "I'm getting peeved" when he gets angry. It's a funny word and it disrupts his normal anger patterns.

    9. Exercise

    Release that energy and anger somehow into something productive

    10. Do chores
