10 things you can enjoy when you don't have back problems
I'm suddenly finding myself with back pain. Not sure why, but I assume I must have done something wrong when I worked out a few days ago. This is similar to when my back was hurting because of how much I was coughing when I was in Russia. Same area, I think!
I also stumbled upon a video saying that 20 years from now, you'll miss the days when you could do any activity you wanted. It's not necessarily true that I won't be able to do what I want 20 years from now, but one day or another I will eventually not be able to do certain things (assuming I live long enough).
