10 Thoughts on gratitude journal
1. I do 3 a day
2. Keep it with my toothbrush for habit stacking
3. I usually don’t re-read
4. It helps reset my mindset every day
5. I re read it today for a few minutes and I felt good
6. I have some “therapy” journals from years ago where I wrote down all my problems
These made me feel bad at the time and perpetuated the problems without solving them. I came to the conclusion that “putting your bad thoughts into paper” is not good advice: it perpetuates the problems
