10 times to walk: habit stacking opportunities

When I had a dog, I found time to walk 4x a day. Now I only walk 4x a week or less. By pairing walking with some other activity, I'm more likely to do it.

    1. When I first get up

    2. with a fresh cup of coffee

    3. at lunchtime

    4. after work

    5. before dinner

    6. after dinner

    7. instead of arguing

    8. Morning break

    9. afternoon break

    10. during sunset
