10 types of knowledge I can monetize
I've picked up a lot of useful knowledge over the years, from mastering persuasion techniques to building AI strategies and automating tasks. These skills have been fun to develop and have also opened up ways to make money by helping others. Here are ten areas where I can share what I know and turn it into something valuable.
1. Savage Comeback Wiki
I've built a comprehensive collection of clever insults, comebacks, and witty remarks. While it started as a fun hobby, this knowledge can be monetized in creative ways—whether it's for content creation, social media, or even helping people sharpen their verbal sparring skills. Humor, after all, is a powerful tool in communication.
2. Persuasion
With over 20 years of studying persuasion, I’ve applied these techniques in both business negotiations and personal interactions. This includes mastering everything from subtle psychological tactics to understanding body language and the art of framing decisions
3. AI strategy
I specialize in helping companies create and implement AI strategies, particularly focusing on the rapidly evolving field of Generative AI. From ideation to execution, I guide businesses through the complexities of adopting AI tools, ensuring they maximize their potential to automate tasks, enhance customer experiences, and boost overall efficiency
4. Data Strategy: Data Science / Data Governance
Data is the new oil, but without a strategy, it’s just noise. I work with companies to design data strategies that turn their data into actionable insights. This includes everything from data governance to ensuring compliance, building data pipelines, and improving data quality, helping businesses extract real value from their information assets.
5. Generative AI: B2C/B2B (niche down to FIs)
I help businesses, particularly those in the financial industry, leverage Generative AI to create personalized customer experiences, streamline processes, and develop tailored AI models. Whether it’s B2C or B2B, I provide solutions that align with a company’s specific needs, from AI training to customized applications.
6. Data Monetization: Data and Information Valuation
I help businesses unlock the hidden value in their data. By assessing the monetary worth of data assets, I guide companies in turning information into a profitable resource, whether by enhancing internal processes or creating new revenue streams through data-driven products and services.
7. Critical Thinking
I’ve spent years honing my critical thinking skills, learning how to assess arguments, identify biases, and break down complex problems. This is not just about being smarter—it's about thinking clearer. I offer workshops or personal coaching on how to enhance reasoning skills, helping others develop the ability to spot flaws in their own thinking and make better decisions.
8. Automation
I’ve become proficient in automating repetitive tasks to save time and increase efficiency. By using tools like robotic process automation (RPA), AI, and custom scripts, I help companies streamline workflows and eliminate manual labor where possible. This skill can be monetized by offering automation solutions or training teams to implement them themselves.
9. Productivity Tools
I might be obsessed with productivity. I am also looking for ways to optimize my workflow. As much as possible I try to automate or streamline my workflow. If there is a problem I generally know the software tool that can address or at least streamline the work to address the problem.
10. Insights
I’ve gathered a wealth of practical insights and lessons over the years. These range from leadership and decision-making to personal growth and overcoming challenges. Whether through writing, speaking, or coaching, I can share this wisdom with others, helping them navigate their own paths and avoid common pitfalls. One key question I always ask myself is, "What is an important truth few people agree with you on?" It’s these contrarian insights that often lead to the most powerful breakthroughs.
