10 Ways I can Reduce Stress

    1. Exercise (Break a sweat!)

    2. Meditate

    3. Work on Breathing Exercises

    4. Avoid Sugar, Unhealthy Fats

    5. Go For a Walk (More Walks in Nature)

    6. Read More Books

    Not just non-fiction. Read novels, or about things outside my normal wheelhouse.

    7. Keep Moving Forward With My Business

    8. Journal

    It seriously helps me to write through my thoughts in the morning...it's a way to get them out so that I can focus on other things in front of me without obsessing on them.

    9. Talk to Friends

    I should really try to talk to at least one friend...every day.

    10. Monitor How I Talk To Myself

    Eliminate the mental loops that aren't useful. Find something better to say to myself.
