10 Ways I like to Exercise
1. Lift Weights
Most efficient and makes me feel the best.
2. Walk
Easiest? Takes a little time, but if you go outside you get to admire the world. Like to walk backwards now too. Read it is good for your knees.
3. Ride a Bike
Similar to Walking, but a little more dangerous. Have to pay attention. Can go further! And faster.
4. Play a sport
More social. Harder on the brain. More challenging. Try to get better. Compete.
5. Stretch
Touch those toes. Good to feel more limber.
6. Yoga
Not sure if it's the same as #5? Maybe you focus more on breathing. Yoga is really good for you. Feel great after.
7. Kettlebell Swings
Kind of like lifting weights. Fun. Tiring.
8. Jump on a trampoline
Lot of fun. Maybe you can do flips. I would not dare....
9. Jog
Harder on my body. Prefer to do it on grass. Have done a lot in my life and it puts pressure on the joints. If you don't have much time, sprint!
10. Jump Rope
Very tiring. If you don't have much time, can get a lot done.
11. Move
Anything is better than nothing. Need to remind myself of this everyday. 5 min is better than no min.
