1. I no longer let my ego drive or react.
2. Client frustration is just another opportunity.
3. I’m honest and up front. I used to be wishy washy and obsequious.
4. I’m also not unnecessarily confrontational.
5. I let silence lead people into more talking. I used to fill the air anytime it got quiet.
6. I don’t complain. At all. Ever.
7. I invoice on time and check up on late payments. I used to be a pushover.
8. I tell people what I offer and what I don’t. Nobody gets to bait and switch.
9. I rely on my words, not my “deliverables”.
