10 ways to bounce back from failure

    1. Pick up the pen, pick up the weight, put on your running shoes, etc.

    Keep going, don't skip twice

    2. Realize every failure has a seed of success buried within it

    3. Failure is an event, not a person

    4. The only way to really fail is to quit

    5. Consider that you've just found another way not to succeed

    You're on your way to finding the way by eliminating all other options

    6. Smile and start up again the next day

    7. Don't look back at your failure, look ahead to your eventual success
