1. Have nice empty blank space
It makes the resume feel like it's not cluttered and can aid with reading / skimming
2. Add specific keywords from the postings
This will help if AI / bots are looking through and trying to pick out keywords from your resume
3. Highlight accomplishments
Numbers are the best - you managed $1 million worth of projects or you saved the company $250,000 / year
4. Change up your resume every once in a while
Just because a resume worked for you in the past doesn't mean you don't need to update and refresh it
