You only have so many brain tokens that you can use in a given day. You can use AI to help you offload some of the more mundane tasks so that you have more energy for the rest of them.

4. Ask it to write the first draft of correspondence or other types of writing
5. Have it write computer code for you even when you know how to write it yourself
6. Have it summarize a contract before you read it

8. Take a picture of ingredients that you have and ask for a recipe
9. Tell it a meal that you want to make and ask it to generate a shopping list
10. Ask answers to questions that take up your brain cycles
