2. Wake up and affirm your strength
4. Park as far away from the entrance as you can
5. Don’t have a drink after dinner tonight
6. Lift some heavy bottles of water over your head (gallon jugs)
7. Do a natural full depth squat (like little kids do)
8. Watch some yoga videos on YouTube and try some beginner poses
9. Stand up for all your work meetings (make a fake standing desk look it up online)
10. Do as many push-ups as you can (modify if need be)
11. Do it all again tomorrow
