Some times you just feel rundown and need a boost of energy.
1. Do 5 burpees or 10 jumping jacks or jump up and down 10x as fast as possible 🫀
2. Drink 12-16 ounces of water quickly (<5 minutes) - Drink more water period 💧
3. Go for a 10 minute walk outside ☀️
4. Splash ice cold water on your face 🥶
5. Eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich 🥜
6. Do 4 rounds of box breathing - inhale 4 count, hold 4 count, exhale 4 count, hold 4 count 🫁
7. Hug a friend or loved one and smile 🫂
8. Smell a lemon and maybe suck on a slice 🍋
9. Write down an exciting personal goal and take a simple first step toward achieving it 📝
10. Read, watch or listen to something inspirational ⚡
11. Take a 10 minute nap 😴
