3 habits I’m implementing

Started habit tracking and started off small with 3 managible habits. Would love to hear habits you've implemented and how it has helped

    1. Taking the stairs

    I live on the 7th floor of my building. While taking the stairs isn't an intense workout it is enough to get me moving.

    2. Journaling

    There are rare moments in my morning when the house is quiet. I try to journal thoughts/events for 5 minutes. I've seen that when something is bothering me, I turn it into a sort of prayer

    3. 5 Jobs/Day

    Looking to move jobs to help support my new family. While I love my job, babies are not cheap
