5 ideas to get better on being "consistent" with any habit
1. Think of what happens if you are not consistent
If you feel it is okay to not be consistent then drop the ball even before you start.
Once you are convinced that consistency is important then go to the next point.
2. Start small on anything you want to be consistent with
This is as cliched as it can get because starting small is very important for anything.
But do we stop there and remain small forever?
3. Grow sustainably after starting small
The answer is "No" to the question in point no.2.
We must not remain at this "start small" thingy but grow sustainably
4. Multiply the momentum once you feel this is getting serious
As you feel that the work you are doing is getting serious, don't even remain at growing slowly and sustainably.
Multiply your efforts so you can really grow big.
5. Track progress and Celebrate often at regular milestones.
For example, I crossed 300K views on NotePD already and I am planning to celebrate it.
I know that I can reach a million views soon so it is important to track and celebrate at the same time.
