5 Things to do to avoid arguments

    1. Eat

    You're not mad, you're hungry. I know principals that keep cereal/milk in their office so make sure kids are full when he's talking to them. Kids can act out because their hungry and it's hard to have a conversation with someone with low blood sugarĀ 

    2. Angry

    Anger consumes you-if you're in a bad mood, it's just of matter of when you get into an argumentĀ 

    3. Lonely

    If someone doesn't feel connected when talking to you, you will be viewed as an enemy combatant. Establishing a connection is a great way to avoid argumentsĀ 

    4. Tired

    No one thinks clearly when tired. They say never go to bed in a fight; sometimes you just need some sleep

    5. Bathroom

    If you're holding it in, you're not present and will say the wrong thing
