A service that puts up (and takes down) holiday lights

The holiday season is upon us, which means people will be decorating their homes with lights and decorations while running up huge electric bills. For anyone interested in starting a small business, check out this idea list.
1. Buy a domain a build a basic website (Ex: www.holidaylights.com)
Ask people that are interested in your service to send a picture of the home that they'd like holiday lights and decorations put up at. You can provide an email or a phone number for them to send the photo to.
Based on the photo and what they'd like done with the lights and decorations, quote them a fee.
2. Advertise your service
Put up signs on street corners and hang flyers in public places. Advertise on social media and through word of mouth. Share a QR code that links to your website. Create social media groups for your service and encourage clients to share photos of their homes after your work is done.
3. Hire some local teens that could use some extra cash to help
Have them put up the lights and decorations and pay them by the hour.
4. Keep an inventory of holiday lights for sale
People will undoubtedly be interested in buying lights and decorations from you.
