    1. First, do a chat gpt.

    The first thing you need to do is to find a good "chat gpt". A "gpt" is an idea or an experiment that you can try out in your life for 30 days and see how it goes.

    2. A good chat gpt: write down the top 3 things you are grateful for every day.

    For instance, I am grateful today that my kids are healthy, I can write, and I love my wife even though she is not here with me now. That's enough.

    3. Do this every day for 30 days straight.

    You will notice things changing in your life as a result of this one simple practice. The benefits are immense and immediate if you do it every day for 30 days straight (and then stop).

    4. Why does this work?

    The practice of writing down three things you are grateful for each day triggers something in our brains called "mirror neurons". These neurons help us empathize with people around us but they also help us experience what we are around us more deeply than before. For instance, if someone is having a bad day at work and he says "I hate my job", the mirror neurons in his brain will fire off just like if he were experiencing those feelings himself. But if instead he says "I love my job" then his mirror neurons will fire off when he says that because he has experienced that feeling himself by writing it down on his list of three things he was grateful for that day. So when someone says they hate their job, instead of getting angry at them (which we all often do), we feel empathy for them since our mirror neurons are firing off inside our own heads as we hear them say they hate their job. This makes us much more open to helping them solve their problems instead of arguing with them about whether or not they should quit their jobs or not (notice how this happens automatically when you start doing the gratitude journaling). Also, when we experience something ourselves rather than reading about it or hearing about it from others, then our dopamine levels go up which makes us feel happy and motivated to take action on whatever it is we have experienced deeply ourselves through the use of these mirror neurons.. In other words, using these gratitude journals causes several important neurological changes in our brains which makes everything better in your life immediately and permanently once you get into the habit of doing this every single day (30 days straight) .

    5. How to make sure you keep doing your chat gpds afterwards:

    At the end of each month put all your old chats together into a book and give copies away as gifts to friends and family members who could benefit from some of these ideas (or who could benefit from reading some of your past experiments). After one year has passed since you started doing your first chat gpds , put all your chats together into a book called "One Year Of Life Hacks" . Then sell that book on Amazon as an ebook or print version on Amazon or via any publisher willing to publish such a book (if no publisher wants it then self-publish). The reason why putting all your old chats together into books helps remind yourself to continue doing future ones is because after one year has passed since starting these practices , suddenly there's a book sitting on Amazon with YOUR NAME ON IT saying YOU ARE AN EXPERT IN THIS FIELD! And everyone loves experts! So then everyone reads YOUR BOOK AND THEY ALL WANT TO KNOW WHAT ELSE YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS SUBJECT AND SO THEY START ASKING YOU QUESTIONS AND THEN YOU ARE AN EXPERT! It's amazing how this happens over time but it really does work like clockwork if you follow this one simple
