Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong #3 - Shaolin Temple
Today I found yet another 20 minute YT video of the Ba Duan Jin. This one comes from the Shaolin Temple in Germany. The setting is absolutely beautiful; the master Shi Heng Yi is performing the sequence on a lightly snow covered road with soothing music playing in the background. There are no instructional close captions like #1; just the master. It is absolutely beautiful and I think it will be easier to follow along with after a little experience with one or more of the instructional videos or apps.

I am always interested in how the forms are named in each video. Here they are, for comparison - if you have read one or the other list, you will recognize the forms, albeit with different names.
1. Opening
Breathwork
2. Pressing up to the heavens
3. Drawing the bow
4. Separating heaven and earth
5. Wise owl gazes backwards
6. Big bear turns from side to side
7. Touching the toes and bending backwards
8. Clenching fists with an angry gaze
9. Stretching the body
Here the master is rocking back and forth on his toes as in the first two sequences
10. Closing
A resting pose
