being more effective than my local garbage collection companies

don‘t label me as that guy but are my neighbors aware we’ve been under the racket of garbage collection companies?

1. dispose of garbage at landfill myself

in and around Sacramento county there are numerous landfills that are open to the public. it’s $40-60 to unload a van full of garbage

2. redeem value of recyclables myself

i can redeem the value of certain plastic bottles & containers, paper, and metals at multiple recyclers

3. don’t separate my garbage!

there are now four separate garbage bins from my garbage collection company expecting me to separate my garbage so i can be more “green” while they’ve added garbage collection trucks to their operation to service the additional bin they added.
