Benchmarks/signs of successful aging

1. Can at least lift 50 pounds
In case I need to carry something, move something. Keep exercising and lifting weights.
2. Can get up from the floor with only one hand and no pain
Ideally to be able to get up with no hands
3. Blood pressure is normal
4. Not taking medicine for anything except a headache
I don't want to carry a pill box.
5. Sense of humor
9. I don't have a belly - Body fat is low
10. Have a number of groups (moai) that I interact with
11. Able to face my unpleasant emotions without letting them overwhelm me
12. Able to nurture my faith in spite of life's advances
13. Not resisting reality
14. Goals for the next 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, 10 years and 40 years
I don't want to be without a goal because then I will just be treading water and waiting to die.
