Beyond Proof. (68 sec)

    1. The truth of who you are needs no validation.

Proving who you are is an ego-driven pursuit, seeking external validation to confirm an identity. In contrast, your true self, rooted in spiritual essence, requires no proof— it simply is. The more you strive to prove yourself, the further you stray from the inherent truth of your being, which is beyond the need for validation. True knowing comes from within, not from the approval or recognition of others.
The "I Am" is not about proving anything to the world. It's about knowing and resting in the truth of your being, which transcends the need for external validation. The ego, of course, loves to chase proof — wanting to show, prove, and defend itself at every turn.
The "I Am" is not about proving anything to the world. It's about knowing and resting in the truth of your being, which transcends the need for external validation. The ego, of course, loves to chase proof — wanting to show, prove, and defend itself at every turn. But the real "I Am" needs no proof; it simply is. The more you chase after proving, the further you drift from the quiet power of simply knowing.
So the question becomes: Are you seeking proof to satisfy the ego, or are you seeking the quiet assurance of the truth that doesn’t need to be proven?
