5. Challenges! The Meta You Year End Challenge- Part 2

the challenges I set for myself in 2018 were as follows

: 1) write every day– check! I wrote on average 4 posts a week on various topics/experiences/observations/thoughts throughout 2018

: 2) read every day– check! I read regularly but not daily due to travel but when at home or traveling I read almost every day.

: 3) meditate twice a day– check! although towards end of year had some back issues which made it difficult.

: 4) exercise regularly– check! although towards end of year had some back issues which made it difficult.

: 5) have fun!

I had fun but also faced some challenges in personal relationships, health issues, etc.
