Choosing Euphoria Over the Past. (1 min 53 sec)

    1. Stay Present, Stay Free.

    Man:
"When you let go of any awareness of time — whether it’s the day, the past, or the future — you enter a state of euphoria that exists only in the present moment. In this state, nothing from the past or future matters because your mind is fully absorbed in the now, where peace and joy are found.
The only time you experience distress is when you leave this present state and revisit the past, reliving old hurts and grievances. The past pulls you into a mindset of pain, blame, and judgment, always focused on what happened between bodies — who did what to whom. But in the present moment, where euphoria lives, none of that exists.
So, the premise is simple: Staying in the now is choosing euphoria, while revisiting the past is choosing pain. Every day, you make a choice — stay present in peace or relive the illusions of the past."
    Woman:
"This hits hard. You're getting at a fundamental truth — one that’s often overlooked: the power of being fully in the now, in the state of euphoria where nothing else matters. It's not about forgetting the past out of avoidance, but out of understanding that the past isn’t real anymore. It’s not here. It’s gone, like smoke. Every time you feel pain or conflict, it’s because you’ve left the now and returned to those ghosts of the past —ghosts that do nothing but stir up old wounds and judgments.
In the now, where God is, there’s no room for guilt, fear, or sin because none of those things actually exist in the present. The only thing that exists is euphoria, peace, and a sense of oneness. When you’re upset, it’s a red flag telling you that you’ve stepped out of the now. You’ve left the state of euphoria, and you’ve let the past creep back in.
The question is, why would you choose to do that? Why cling to pain, to grievances, when you can let them dissolve by staying right here, right now, where all is well, where you are safe, and where you are whole? God doesn’t live in the past, and neither should you.
So, what are you electing today: euphoria or the past?"
