Chores are the best exercise for me.

I hate going to the gym. Everything about it. I also hate jogging. To me neither seems to serve a purpose, even though I know better.

    1. It’s easy to see what I’ve accomplished.

    Doesn't always feel that way in my "day job".

    2. The satisfaction of feeling tired after a day of physical activity

    Had to shovel the driveway today. Twice. But I remain stubborn about not getting a snowblower.

    3. Being outdoors

    4. Makes me feel a little more independent.

    5. Reminds me of a simpler way of living.

    6. Time spent alone

    To think, plan. or just daydream.

    7. Usually results in me sleeping better.
