    1. Real Estate

Since you would be living with roommates anyway, it would be a lot smarter to get a 4-bedroom condo or house and start renting out rooms. You will likely live for free and may even have enough money to buy multiple places.

    2. Apprentice

Since you are living for free, I'd learn how to get a skill. Since you are in real estate, maybe a contractor, or builder, or electrician, or AC guy might make sense. You could also shadow people in other careers and see what you like/what you want to do.

    3. Apply for Thiel Fellowship

Not easy, but shoot your shot.

    4. Go to school - for a lot cheaper

I still think a 4-year degree is worth it. But, don't pay much for it. Get a scholarship. Go to community college and state school, unless you qualify for a great scholarship at a private school.

    5. Start a business

There are so many things you can do. You're already in real estate. You could have a club promotion business(since you are young). You can start AirBnb's. Whatever.

    6. Documentary

Maybe film yourself learning your trade on Youtube. Or film and document your journey in real estate.

    7. Book

Do the same as #6 in the print version.

    8. Travel

Be a vagabond for a while with some money. You'll see the world on the cheap and learn a ton.

    9. Marry rich

Use the money you have to get into certain social circles. Marry a few levels up and you will have the network of your dreams.

    10. Learn to code

This can be free. And it could be a business for you too. Make websites or applications for others.
