Consistency always beats intensity, but sometimes it’s worth mixing them.

    1. Consistency is a must to progress.

It’s more efficient to do 30 minutes every day for a long period than 2 hours for a few weeks.

I experimented this during many stages of my life. Learning a language, staying in shape, journaling, breathing, exercising, reading…

    Consistency was a game-changer.

    2. But sometimes it’s good to add the intensity factor for a short period.

Intensity is not sustainable in the long run. Burnout is often the consequence of not understanding that.

But when you launch an important personal or professional project, and you really want to get quick traction, then mixing the factors is a good idea.

    3. Defining the boundaries for intensity and sustaining consistency is a recipe for success
