Create a don’t do list - Here's mine.

We all have things that we should eliminate or at least cut back on. Here are a few of mine.
1. Work hours
The time when I will no longer be collecting a regular paycheck is approaching. Should probably try at cutting back hours in the office.
2. Complaining about my full-time gig.
Things have recently taken a turn for the worse as far as pressure and just the culture at work. Like most, I love to complain about things. Many have taken it to management, and it has fallen on deaf ears. They are getting pressure from upline as well. But the truth is I can walk away any given day. Many of my colleagues don't have that option. So, what do I really have to complain about?
3. Arguing with AI.
When using Grok, ChatGPT, etc. I fairly often find factual errors. These errors cause me to question any conclusions or recommendations the AI is making. Correcting the errors has so far been a mixed bag. Grok seems more willing to re-examine and do deeper contextual data mining to either confirm or dismiss my objection. ChatGPT seems far less willing to change its "mind". It's like arguing with close minded people. You only wind up tired.
4. Using my family as an excuse.
There are several hobbies / activities that I enjoy but my family does not. And they don't mind if I disappear once in a while. In fact, they often encourage it. BUT, I do enjoy spending time with the family too, and end up using that as an excuse as to why I'm not getting off the sofa and out of the house.
5. Choosing "sideways" or innocent targets because they're convenient or easy.
Sometimes I snipe or even explode at people who have done absolutely nothing to deserve my ire. It is simply they are the ones standing in front of me. Stop doing that!
6. Eating as a habit.
Long hours at the keyboard lead me to repeatedly "chain snacking". I'm not hungry, and sometimes not even enjoying what I'm nibbling on.
7. Forget gratitude
I have a long list of things to be grateful for. And I often forget to realize that and instead focus on the negative.
8. Refuse to wear a seatbelt.
Horrible habit but more often than not, I don't "click it".
9. Dawdle over projects
Sometimes projects take longer than they should because I'm either too tired or disinterested to give them the focus and energy they deserve.
