Drama King or Queen? (1 min 44 sec)

Preview

    1. Dethrone your ego and find peace.

The ego's voice? It's that nagging whisper in your ear. Always judging, always comparing. "You're not good enough," it hisses. Then, "You're better than them," it purrs. See the contradiction? That's its specialty.
It's a master of disguise, like that chameleon in a Skittles bag. One moment, it's the voice of reason. The next, it's your inner critic. It shape-shifts faster than you can blink.
This voice thrives on drama. It loves to stir the pot, create conflicts where there are none. It's the director of your personal soap opera. Always ready with a new plot twist.
The ego's voice is a time-traveler too. It drags you into the past, pushes you into the future. Anything but the present moment. That's too scary, too real.
It's addicted to labels. Good, bad, right, wrong. It sorts the world into neat little boxes. But life doesn't fit in boxes, does it? The ego doesn't care. It'll squeeze and push until it does.
This voice is a fear-monger. It whispers of dangers, real and imagined. It builds walls, creates separation. "Us versus them" is its favorite game.
Remember that monkey mind metaphor? That's the ego's voice in action. Swinging from thought to thought, never settling, always restless. It's exhausting, isn't it?
But here's the kicker: this voice pretends to be you. It masquerades as your true self. Sneaky, right? That's why it's so hard to shake.
