Elements of my home office
1. Mac laptops (one work, one personal)
these have excellent sound quality for online meetings without headphones
2. Comfortable stool

This is very comfortable and very premium. I am about 5'11" and 255 lbs, and this chair works for me. I can sit for hours with no discomfort. They offer a fully padded one. This lets me sit at the desk at any height. I have not tried, but it would be difficult to tip this over.
3. Standing Desk Mat - Topo
this is around $100 but very worthwhile if you want to stand
4. electric standing desk
motorized, cable management: farexon Electric Standing Desk 63 x 24In with Outlets,
5. multiple keyboards at various desk heights
for sitting or standing
6. multiple trackballs and trackpads placed around for left and right hand use
I use 2 at once: spin 2 trackballs to move the cursor quickly, hold the button on one and scroll on the other.
7. speech recogninion
90% of my text output is spoken. Built-in Mac recognition is 95% accurate.
8. AI to do my tasks and ask questions.
This makes tasks that would have taken me 4-5 hours to figure out take 4-5 minutes. It also helps me do things that I would have considered impossible 6 months ago.
9. 65" wall mounted OLED as a monitor
one of my favorite things. Compact. IMAX for my work: no glasses necessary.
10. pricey USB cables and hubs from OWC computing
You get what you pay for: solves compatibility problems.
