1. Look in the Mirror.
Casting the problem of "evil" outside of our mind prevents us from addressing it effectively for a few key reasons:
The world we perceive is a projection of our thoughts. By casting the problem outside our mind, we fail to recognize that the root cause lies within our own thinking.
Our minds are the source of both our perception of problems and their solutions. When we believe the issue is external, we give away our power to resolve it.
Forgiveness can only occur within our own minds. By externalizing the problem, we block ourselves from accessing the internal transformation needed for healing.
What we perceive as "evil" in the world are illusions stemming from our mistaken beliefs about separation from God. Projecting these issues outward reinforces the illusion rather than undoing it.
Our judgments create our experience of the world. By placing the problem outside ourselves, we avoid examining the thoughts that gave rise to our perception of evil in the first place.
The solution to all perceived problems, including "evil," lies in changing our minds rather than trying to change something in the external world. The source of our experience always happens within our own thinking.
