Fear Stalks You... (50 sec)

    1. ...Until You Stalk It.

Fear isn’t the predator — it’s the prey. It becomes real only when you run from it. The more you run, the harder it chases. But fear only exists because you gave it legs to follow you.
Imagine this — every time you bolt, you're creating the illusion that fear is the hunter. But what if you flipped the script? What if instead of fleeing, you circled it? Stalked it like a hawk, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. You laugh at it like a hyena circling the carcass of its weakness, tearing apart the very illusion it hides behind.
In A Course in Miracles, fear thrives on distance. The farther you run, the bigger the space of illusion you give it to roam. But that space? It's all in your head. Get closer — really close — and fear vanishes into nothing.
The next time fear appears, don’t run. Hunt it. You’ll find out there’s nothing to catch.
So, what happens when you finally catch fear? You’ll realize it never even existed… except in your mind.
