Get some sleep!
Usually a great sleeper. Flight was delayed and got in really late. Here's the negatives to NOT getting enough sleep.

1. Brain fog
Forgetting simple things. Almost a zombie.
2. Eyesight blurry
3. Groggy
4. Things annoy you more
Simple things, like noises.
5. Forgetting things
Having to write down whatever thought is in my head. Missed a turn when driving.
6. Head feels heavy
Not necessarily a headache, just don't feel great.
7. Moving slow
Couldn't play a sport at a high level. Muscles ache a little bit. Feel like risk of injury is higher.
8. IQ lower
I can't solve simple questions I usually would be fine to figure out.
9. Motivation gone
Not that I'm usually very motivated.......Need a nap.
10. Meaner than usual
Will avoid people until I get some rest!
