Give Me Your Best Trail Mix Combination.
I promised I would give you mine. Super simple with no baking or coating. Simply place all ingredients in a bowl and shake. Exact ratios are up to individual taste.
1. M&Ms. I use regular, peanut, and peanut butter
Sweet, a little caffeine, and protein
2. Pretzels
Salty crunch. Mini pretzels work best for me.
3. Rasins
For some sweetness and fruity antioxidants. Crasins also work for me.
4. Rice Chex. Corn Chex if necessary.
Another crunch profile but with a different texture. Only downside is Chex doesn't take rough handling well.
