Good Day, Bad Day... (52 sec)

Preview

    1. What’s the Difference?

Tru: "Lou, how’s your day going?"
Lou: "Good day, bad day, what’s my feelings got to do with anything?"
This simple exchange reveals the ego’s obsession with duality: good vs. bad, happy vs. sad, success vs. failure. But Lou knows the deeper truth: a good day or a bad day is just a judgment—and all judgments come from the ego.
Lou’s unshakable peace comes from understanding that how he feels doesn’t define who he is. When you live in truth, the external circumstances of your day become irrelevant. Good weather, bad weather—it’s just weather. A “good day” or a “bad day” is nothing more than a perception, and perceptions are illusions.
Truth is constant, unchanging, and unaffected by the shifting waves of experience.
Just one more thing — if a ‘good day’ or a ‘bad day’ is nothing more than a perception, then why let it control your peace? What if the real difference between a good day and a bad day isn’t the day at all — but how you see it?
